We’ve been shopping here for a couple years to get our Great Dane her food. They are always super friendly, often have cute “staff,” and a well curated selection of healthy and adorable pet supplies. There have been a few times I’ve popped into the downtown store and they’ve been out of our food. The staff always call over to the other store, and if they have it (every time) it’s been delivered to my house that night. Couldn’t ask for a better place and Stella approves!

The employee was very nice. When she found out I had just got my dog, he got some free dog food and snacks. I prefer shopping at small businesses and I will definitely go back for all my dog's needs.

My husband and I went into the West store for the first time last weekend, and had several questions on what is best for one of our dogs, and his skin. The gentleman (I did not get name) was very kind, respectful, and helpful during all of my questions! We will be coming back for all our pet needs, and even have a grooming appointment. Thank you for making us feel comfortable in trusting you with all our dogs' needs!
